It's near profitis elias church. We could see pool from our window. For evening drinks visit Mojito Bar & Grill, it is located within 20 minutes by foot. Our stay was a great experience.
Couldn’t fault.

We liked everything at Artemis including staff and drinks. 300 metres away from the hotel there is the well inn, which is a good dining choice...

Super S was 5 mins walk away. The staff here were courteous.

Room was very clean the first time to enter in it.
The room was on the side of the road which was terribly noisy even until the morning hours. The garden around the pool is in terrible condition. We couldn't walk on the grass. On the grass around the pool we observed a 'condom'. It was there for 2 days. We suggested at the reception that they should check the pool areas before people use it. Still the condom was there. We kept calling at the reception while we were at the pool and finally they send somebody to pick it up. During our stay they only pick up the trash from the bins of the room.

We booked an apartment for three, got one with see view and kitchen box. Need to pay a €20 deposit for the A/C remote controls (€10 each, got it back when checked out). Although a little far from the beach, the hotel is close to the main road and easy to find even if you come to Protaras for the first time. And there is a Lidl store a couple of blocks down the road, too :)

We had a lovely time, the hotel was clean tidy and well worth the money. But the bar was well over priced. Needless to say we didnt drink there much...
The bar was far too expensive. 3-25 for a plastic cup of beer and 4-85 for a vodka and coke!!

Nice hotel and pool.
There's no wifi, internet only for a high charge. Evening entertainment is way too loud for those who wish to sleep at night.

It was clean and the staff was helpful.
The doors are thin and the hallways are noisy at night. It felt like people were walking through my room. Also if you are on the city side and not the sea side view it's close to the main street and a bit disturbing because of the cars.

It was very enjoyable, the pool was nice and the staff were great.
Would have been nice to have more extra pillows in the rooms. The water (shower) temperature fluctuated a lot - when it was hot it was boiling, could be dangerous for small children.
-
I liked the apartment style of the room, it was spacious, and we could bring our own foodstuff and beverages. Nice city view.
There was no TV which is something that is not considered luxury nowadays.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, the room was dirty and smelt bad. The cups in the room had not been cleaned since the previous occupants, the bed had what looked like blood stains on it.

We werre in transit so only booked in late and were away first thing in the morning
the hotel was very nice, we had trouble getting the Air Conditioning control to work so maybe you could look into that

Stayed here very recently. Arrived late at night and handed a meal voucher as we had missed dinner which was great. Asked for air conditioning to be turned on in main room and lounge, was told it would be €55 for our stay - 11 nights. Didn’t have the money on us at that time so we’re told to pay in the morning. On returning to room following day both units had been turned off so went to pay to be told that it was €55 per room in the room meaning it would be €110 for our stay. Other tour operators had this included in their half board option (we flew Jet2) it would be beneficial if this were included in the price. Pool beautiful and always ample loungers at any time of the day. The only feature of this holiday which met our expectations. Rooms basic but we were expecting this. Staff (90%) were miserable and hard faced with very little communication. Entertainment was awful with the expectation we wanted to play bingo every night. Live entertainment during meal times which really put us off eating outside so had to go inside to escape this. Onto the food... very limited choice with not quite average quality making us glad we didn’t go all inclusive. At one point during our time there I picked a plate to get my 5 year old daughter her dinner when I looked down it was covered in ants!!! Closer inspection we noted a massive ant problem near the dining area. Lunch option was limited if you wanted to swap evening meal for lunch. I’d chosen the chicken option one day which was ok so stick with that another time to only be served the driest hammered piece of chicken - I couldn’t eat it! Breakfast seemed to be the only half decent meal but even that was hit and miss with the eggs one morning looking like ones from a joke shop! Not the standard we were expecting and certainly won’t stay there again. This place needs a good refurbishment and bringing into the present day. Thankfully we know Cyprus pretty well and were able to compensate the less than average accommodation with glorious days out. Such a shame. We would of preferred to pay the extra money to stay in a smaller self catering facility.

Nice big rooms, with basic kitchen facilities provided (kettle, toaster, fridge etc). The pool was a good size and plenty of sun loungers provided. Good location, close enough to walk in to town, and opposite a good minimarket where you can buy most essentials.
Unhelpful, impolite, and rude staff (namely on reception). Our reservation could not be found therefore we were ignored. When we asked to use the internet to show our booking confirmation, we were told it was only for guests!! Finally we were offered a room at the same rate; although friends of mine then turned up a day later and booked a pool side view for exactly the same price (ours overlooked the main road)! Late at night there were times when no-one could be found at the desk leaving room keys and passports completely unattended. Problems with airconditioning were met without apology or suggestion - just blank faces, before eventually being handed a different remote to try. Nice hotel, spacious rooms, but the staff let it down.

The Location it was well away from the noise of the bars & cafes.
The area around the pool there was not enough concreted area and the sun beds were very uncomfortable. The grassed area was very rough and uneven and not very clean and this was were the majority of the sunbeds were.
